The City Utilities Customer Relations Center is located on the first floor of the Citizens Square Building in Room 130 at 200 E. Berry Street in downtown Fort Wayne.
The Center is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. English and Spanish speaking customer service representatives are available.
City Utilities bills are also available in Braille or in large print by calling the Customer Relations Center at (260) 427-1234.
Hours Open:Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
The wait time to reach a Customer Relations Representative may be shorter during off-peak times. For quicker service, please call between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Also, Mondays , especially Mondays after long holiday weekends are extremely busy.
In order to begin new water service with Fort Wayne City Utilities, customers must call the Customer Relations Center at (260) 427-1234 to get the service set up, or sign up online. Service turn-ons are completed as appointments are available.
