July 30, 2024 - Norfolk Southern will be closing Broadway at the railroad underpass for bridge maintenance beginning Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. The detour route for the closure is as follows: southbound Broadway will utilize Jefferson Boulevard, Clinton Street and Creighton Avenue. Northbound Broadway will utilize Creighton Avenue, Lafayette Street, and Washington Boulevard.
Norfolk Southern will also be closing Taylor Street at the railroad underpass for maintenance of the bridge concrete starting Monday, August 19 until Friday, August 23. The detour is as follows: Broadway to Creighton Avenue to Fairfield Avenue.
