Winter hours have been set for the City's Yard Waste Recycling Facility,
6202 Lake Ave.Hours will be 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday beginning Friday, December 2.
Visitors to the facility can dispose of yard waste, grass clippings, twigs, and small brush. The cost is $1 for the first 250 pounds, and $17 per ton prorated after the first 250 pounds. Railroad ties, treated lumber and concrete are not accepted.
