Participate in the Utility Advisory Group to voice your opinion and learn how to help. Fort Wayne City Utilities' Utility Advisory Group (UAG) is comprised of active citizen volunteers who have been selected to represent their Area Partnership, agency or organization. Just as the name suggests, the group serves as an advisory body to City Utilities. The UAG meets regularly to hear reports on the operation, maintenance and construction activities being planned and carried out by City Utilities. The group gives feedback and may suggest policy or operational changes to help City Utilities better meet the needs of its customers.
UAG meetings are typically held quarterly during the third month of the quarter beginning at 5:30 PM. Dates for 2019 meetings are: March 11 (regular meeting on March 7 was postponed due to scheduling conflicts), June 5, September 4, December 4.
