Menards officials and Mayor Graham Richard tonight led a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the Menards store at Southtown Centre. The 240,000 square foot store will be open from 6:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and until 10 p.m. on Fridays. The store will be open from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Sundays.

"This is an exciting time for Menards and the entire southeast area of Fort Wayne," said Mayor Richard. "We are bringing shopping opportunities back to the southeast quadrant. Our entire community will benefit from the revitalization of Southtown. There is a bright future for Southtown Centre with millions of dollars in investments and hundreds of new jobs being created."
