May 29, 2024 - Beginning Friday, May 31, the intersection of Maplecrest Road and East State Boulevard will be restricted to one lane in each direction while signal crews relocate signal heads in preparation for removal of the concrete pavement beginning Monday, June 3. The intersection of State Boulevard and Maplecrest Road will be repaved with asphalt. The project is expected to be complete by August 30, weather permitting.
Although this project was scheduled for 2023, it was postponed until the school session ended to minimize traffic impacts.
