The Fort Wayne/Allen County Fiscal Policy Council will meet on Thursday, September 29. The meeting begins at 3 p.m. in the Omni Room of the City-County Building. State Budget Director Charles Schalliol and Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Fort Wayne District Director Bob Alderman will address the council on state tax policy and transportation projects.
The council was created as a discussion forum for elected officials, financial officers and school superintendents. One of the primary goals is to understand and collaborate on the many legislative changes that affect all local taxing units.
