This year's event will be Oct. 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Promenade Park Pavilion located at 202 W Superior Street in beautiful downtown Fort Wayne.
In our two-hour event we will have a costume contest, walk through the beautiful Promenade Park, and announce our raffle winners!
